Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nidhhi L Mahajan. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. We request you to review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase has been made. All sales are considered final.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
1. Size Exchange
You may request a size exchange for the same outfit.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The garment must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
• Once verified, we will arrange an exchange.
Important Exchange Conditions
• Garments that are customised, altered, or tailored to customer measurements or height are not eligible for exchange.
• Products made under special requests or bespoke orders cannot be exchanged.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or alteration.

Customers may:
• Ship the garment back at their own cost, or
• Request reverse pickup (charges applicable based on location).
Exchanges are processed within 4–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Fit & Sizing Guidance
For best fit, please refer to our size chart before placing your order. Our garments are designed with 3–4 inches ease allowance for comfort and movement.
For bespoke or made-to-measure outfits, accuracy of measurements provided is the customer's responsibility. Any further alterations required due to incorrect measurements may incur additional charges.
Handmade Variations
All Nidhhi L Mahajan garments are handcrafted. Minor variations in print, weave, dye or embroidery are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and are not considered defects.
Color Disclaimer
Actual colors may slightly vary due to different screen displays and lighting conditions.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, only if production has not started.
• Cancellation requests must be made via email or WhatsApp.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
Approved cancellations are issued as store credit only, valid for 30 days.
Sale Items
All products purchased during sale or promotional offers are final sale.
• No exchanges or alterations are available on sale items.
Shipping Policy
• All orders must be prepaid or cash on delivery.
• Domestic shipping is complimentary.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and borne by the customer.
Brand Rights
Nidhhi L Mahajan reserves the right to accept or refuse orders, exchanges, or requests at its discretion in case of policy misuse or exceptional circumstances.
