Order Processing & Dispatch Time

At present, orders require 14–15 business days for processing and dispatch.
(Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded.)

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your registered email and phone number.


Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

Orders are shipped through our logistics aggregator and dispatched via the fastest available courier partner, including DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees.

Delivery timelines after dispatch:

Mumbai: 2–6 working days
Rest of India: 2–6 working days
International Orders: 7–12 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination country

How long does dispatch take?

Standard dispatch timelines are 10–15 business days, depending on order volume and garment production timelines.

What happens after dispatch?

You will receive tracking details via email and SMS. Delivery timelines vary based on your location.


Need Your Order Faster?

Customers within India may choose Express Dispatch at checkout for an additional fee.

Express Dispatch includes:
• Dispatch within 24–48 working hours (Monday–Friday)
• Delivery within 2–5 working days, depending on location
• Shipment via air express service for faster delivery


Important Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure your email address and phone number are correct at checkout for timely delivery updates.
• Provide an active phone number, as couriers may require OTP confirmation during delivery.
• Courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts.
• If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us via surface transport, which may take 7–8 days. Re-shipment can only be arranged once the parcel returns to us.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please check with building security, reception, or neighbours.

If still unresolved, contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours so we can raise an investigation with the courier partner.


RTO (Return to Origin) & Re-shipment Policy

• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or incorrect contact details, the parcel is returned to us (RTO).
• Re-shipment can be arranged only after the parcel returns to our warehouse.
Re-shipping charges will apply, and such orders cannot be cancelled.

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not received, please raise a query within 48 hours, as courier partners only allow investigations within this timeframe.
